How are courses structured?+
Each course combines focused video lessons, practice prompts, and critique checkpoints. You draw after every lesson and receive feedback in community studios.
What skill levels do you support?+
We offer Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced tracks. You can filter by level in the Catalog to find a comfortable starting point.
Do I need specific tools?+
No special brand is required. Basic pencils, paper, and erasers are enough for fundamentals. Courses list recommended materials in their descriptions.
Are there live sessions?+
Yes. We run weekly community studios and mentor Q&As. Participation is optional, and replays are available.
Can I get feedback on my drawings?+
Absolutely. Share your work in focus pods or the main studio and receive specific, kind critique aligned with course rubrics.
What is your refund policy?+
We consider refund requests within 14 days if you haven’t completed more than 20% of a course. Contact Support via the Contact page.
Do you offer certificates?+
We provide completion letters outlining skills practiced. These are not accredited degrees but can complement your portfolio presentations.
How do Fallows work?+
Click “Save to Fallows” in the Catalog. Courses are stored in your browser (localStorage). Visit the Fallows page to review or remove them, or add to Cart.
